However even reducing the risk of cancer isnt going to help to help a struggling Mum in the first few weeks, who has lost her confidence in breastfeeding. If this were the case just by being reminded you lose weight faster would be enough!
What did you find useful when you came accross challenges with breastfeeding?
We need more ‘hands on’ or should I say ‘off’ sensitive, 1:1 time with experts. People who understand you as an individual not as another statistic. Where will we get this form? Thank goodness for charities like the NCT, La Leche and Association of Breastfeeding Mums.
